This test may be useful after oral exposure, new partner screening, possible exposure, or when site-specific testing is desired. Throat infections may not cause obvious symptoms, so site-specific testing can be important when exposure occurred at that site.
Best for: chlamydia and gonorrhea testing from the throat/pharyngeal site.
