After checkout, your order must first be reviewed and processed by Rios Click Labs / Rios Healthcare. Please do not go to Labcorp until you receive your Rios Click Labs collection instructions.

How lab collection works

Place your order online

Choose your labs, complete checkout, and receive your payment confirmation.

Rios Click Labs processes your order

Your order is reviewed and entered into Rios Healthcare’s electronic health record / laboratory ordering system before collection instructions are released.

Complete specimen collection

Once your order is processed, you will receive instructions for completing your lab collection at an available collection site.

Option 1: Labcorp location

Depending on the tests ordered, patient location, laboratory availability, and operational requirements, you may be able to complete specimen collection at a participating Labcorp location of your choice.

Labcorp locations, hours, appointment availability, specimen requirements, and collection capabilities may vary.

Option 2: Rios Healthcare in Houston

Houston-area patients may also be able to complete specimen collection at Rios Healthcare when available and appropriate for the tests ordered.
